Reviews
Dinner at the restaurant. Inability to dose an Aperol spritz decently (for them "Venetian").
The typical cuisine is very good. It's a shame that the portions are small by standards and that the dishes are expensive above average. Good experience but we won't be back.
We were here on vacation for a week with 3 children. Friendly, trained staff, very good food, great breakfast buffet. There is a clean, new playroom available for children. Well-kept facility, everything clean. We were asked several times whether everything was OK - the well-being of the guests is our top priority. We'd love to come back!!!
The golden times are over.
As everywhere, prices have risen significantly. That alone would be perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, the portions have also shrunk significantly, so the ratio is no longer right for me. I can't get enough here anymore. These are more like tasting samples. It's a shame, because the cuisine is still very fine! Unfortunately, the selection on the menu has also become significantly smaller. The beautiful winter garden and the beautiful beer garden, which form the heart of the property, are often no longer open. There are hardly any parking spaces left either.
Conclusion: a run-down fairytale castle
The only bright spot are the still very well-kept, beautiful rooms and the waiters. We were treated very politely, courteously and attentively by the Eastern European staff, really top old school 👍
Note: Rating only refers to the catering industry, not to the hotel business.
Often the good is so close.
I haven't been listening for a long time because I thought that the culinary art and the products as well as the regionality weren't as followed. I was very positively surprised that a sauce is still one without 1000 flavor enhancers.
We had 3 dishes and all of them were great 👍 The service was also very friendly and accommodating
Cheese dumpling soup and goulash soup with fresh bread.
Both very good.
We had been there again for a long time, had a drink in the garden, unfortunately the tradition is maintained, expensive and unfriendly, the exception was a young man.
All perfect. Good service, nice, clean and excellent location.
I was once again at the hotel as a wedding speaker and am always thrilled! Everything is well prepared, everything works perfectly. THANKS
